What we have done
- Every page can be navigated with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a "skip to content" link
- Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG contrast requirements, and text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content
- Forms have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are announced by the browser
- Videos are not auto-played and are loaded only when you choose to watch them; captions are available through the YouTube player
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and semantic HTML, and the layout adapts to phones, tablets and screen magnification
- Animation is reduced for visitors who have enabled "reduce motion" in their operating system
Known limitations
Some legal documents were migrated from an earlier website and contain long passages of dense text. Third-party components such as the chat widget and the reCAPTCHA check are provided by other companies and may not fully meet our standard.
