How a migration runs
- Assess: inventory servers, applications, data and dependencies; decide what moves, what is replaced by SaaS and what retires.
- Design: identity, networking, security baseline, backup and a monthly cost estimate you approve before anything moves.
- Pilot: move a small group first and fix surprises while the stakes are low.
- Cut over: migrate the rest on an agreed schedule, usually after hours, with a rollback plan.
- Run: we monitor, patch, back up and review cost every month as part of IT Management.

Which cloud platforms do you support?
We specialize in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including GCC and GCC High for government contractors. We also provide dedicated and virtual private servers for workloads that need their own machine.
How long does a cloud migration take?
A Microsoft 365 email and file migration for a small or mid-sized business typically takes two to six weeks. Moving servers and line-of-business applications to Azure depends on how many there are and how they depend on each other; we give a written timeline after the assessment.
Will the cloud cost more than our servers?
Sometimes the monthly bill is higher, but it replaces hardware refreshes, server room power and cooling, and a lot of maintenance time. We estimate the monthly cost before you commit and review it every month afterwards to remove waste.
Is the cloud secure enough for CMMC, HIPAA or SOC 2?
Yes, when it is configured correctly. Microsoft provides compliant infrastructure, but your settings, identities and data controls are your responsibility. We configure the environment to the framework you need and document it for your assessor or auditor.
Do you provide cloud services outside Southern California?
Yes. Cloud work is done remotely, and CorporateTech serves clients nationwide from our Newport Beach headquarters.
